Sensitives such as empaths, intuitives, and psychics are very aware of energy and are influenced by what is imperceptible to most people. Being in crowds, shopping, and attending parties is overwhelming. It is not just an introvert thing. Even a phone call can be draining. The feeling of needing a shower or bath, a nap, or a drink afterward are signs that you are having an energetic overload that could be cleared easily by Spirit.

Also, we sometimes experience psychic attacks by those who we have angered. A psychic attack is typically unconscious by the attacker. They don’t mean to do it. When someone gets angry at a sensitive, it sends energy to them, and they can feel it. This can be very confusing. When a sensitive feels anger from someone, they think of that person but may feel angry at the person sending it. A sensitive can be confused why they are angry at that person!

It is the other person who is angry at them. Not knowing this, a sensitive generates more anger and sends anger energy back to the original person which starts a loop of negative energy return. This is exhausting and can go on for days.

Sensitives are natural healers. The way they do this is by soaking up the detrimental energy of others and taking it on. The problem with this is that most do not know how to dispense of the energy they have absorbed from another. It can give them feelings of heaviness or lethargy, headaches or sleeplessness, or they could even take on the malady from the other person. This does not heal the other person. It only makes two people feel bad. Although, some folks do feel better after being with a sensitive because they dumped all their negativity onto them, it isn’t an actual healing that deals with the core issue.

You may be a sensitive but you do not have to live this way. It isn’t your job to take on other people’s maladies and dysfunctions. Being clear of other people’s stuff will give you a new lease on life!
