We are in heavy and confusing times. Daily chaos takes a toll on the world in every way possible, so I asked my Guide what we, as spiritual people, can do to help. Here is his answer:

White Eagle answers:

“Life has been difficult to the point of crisis on the world stage, affecting most with hearts that feel and minds that reason. We are moving into a new era in which we will be reborn into new ways of being. New ways of being rarely come easily. From the seedling pushing through soil, making its way to the sun, to the struggling mother birthing new life. The point of crisis comes just before birth. Like labor pains, change comes in waves, taking its time, but remember that birth is coming and with birth comes relief. For now, it can feel impossible to survive this and that the pain will never end. One moment deep sorrow hits, and then the next moment it seems like it is all finally over. But then again comes another wave, and on and on in this way.

“For some, we are in the point of crisis, for others, we are not. For some, this time is simple because they are not feeling the pain or witnessing the suffering. They are not noticing the struggles or bearing the weight of sorrow. I say, let them be. They will not join in humanity’s struggles and are not likely to. But for those who are struggling every day with the confrontation of humanity’s suffering, it is important that your wellbeing is strong, nurtured, and rested.

“If you are reading this, it is most likely that the difficulties are not yours personally, but you feel them deeply as if they were yours. But when they are not yours how can you heal them? What can you do?

“You, as a spiritual person, are like a midwife, helping the mother bring the wondrous new life into the world. The midwife must be alert, rested and nourished to support the mother as she labors. The midwife cannot be in pain with her, but must be outside the pain to assist her. You are assisting the world, bringing her what she needs to carry on through this time of crisis to bring in the new world of hope, compassion and joy.

JOY

“Since you are the midwife, you must take special care of yourself. Take as much time as you need to replenish your energy. Fill your heart by doing joyful things. Don’t forget to nourish your own life and seek happiness. Your happiness is key to carrying humanity through the crisis. Soothing the mother with your joy makes easy work of hard labor. Be the source of joy for those who are suffering. Seek happiness and give aid where you can.

“Many sages of old saw this time unfolding. They saw you, and humanity, overcoming this time of crisis not just with joy but with active love and compassion. Leading to a more harmonious world than imaginable.

VISION

“As the midwife, it is your job to be the visionary and see the best outcome for the mother in crisis. To carry the vision of success leads to the outcome she desires but cannot hold for herself.

“Being in the power of joy right now is one way to carry us out of this time of suffering. But you can also use your inner vision and senses to use your spiritual training. Take a moment every day to imagine a world without suffering; feel it in your body, see it in your heart, and know it in your mind. Let your soul absorb this vision with the power and energy of the world born anew. Breathe life into this vision as you hold it for a minute. Making it real in your mental field, emotional field, and your physical body. After you hold it within you, finish the moment with gratitude and have a day filled with blessings.

PRAYER

“As the midwife, you have one other duty. To call on help. To help all the world find its way through the dark of these times; say a simple prayer to the heavenly beings you align with. Praying is asking for help from the beings who long to help you but only need your request. No help can come from the divine realms without you asking. Pray for help in all things that have to do with you or that distress you. Prayers give a way for miracles to happen. Without a plea for help, no help will come. Divine beings long to help, to help you personally and to help humanity. Like the doctor ready to assist you, your guardians, ancestors and angels are ready and able to help every step of the way. Call on them.

“Follow these simple steps and know your work is making a difference; you are relieving suffering and bringing a new way of being in the world.”
